3 Monthly Payment Agreement

By selecting the Partial Pay Option, you agree to the following payment terms:

1. Payment Commitment: You are committing to pay the full program fee in three (3) monthly payments of [Insert Amount] each.
2. Automatic Payments: Your chosen payment method will be automatically charged every 30 days until the total balance is paid in full.
3. No Cancellations or Refunds: This payment plan is a binding agreement. Failure to complete all three payments does not cancel your obligation to pay the full amount. No refunds will be issued after enrollment unless it is within the seven (7) day purchase guarantee window.
4. Failed or Missed Payments: If a payment fails, you will be notified, and payment must be made within [7] days to avoid suspension of access to the program. Continued non-payment may result in legal collection efforts.
5. Access to Program: You will receive full access to the program upon the first payment. However, failure to complete all payments may result in loss of access.
